Our proprietary FuelSafe
systems -- almost turnkey

Ace was among the first tank suppliers to see the customer-value benefits to minimizing the on-site assembly of aboveground fueling systems. Our proprietary FuelSafe packages get our customers as close turnkey as possible. During the tank fabrication process, fill components, vents, gauges, lead indicators, pumps and/or dispensers are mounted and plumbed. Electrical wiring and conduit can also be installed.

The end result? In most cases the tank is offloaded, and put into place on its pad. Once you install the atmospheric vent and riser nipple (too tall to ship installed) and have your electrician make the connection to tank-mounted junction box(es) you are ready to take fuel delivery and be functional.

The FuelSafe assemblies are optional. In some cases, owing to site design or shipping considerations, there may be some on-site plumbing and connection required.

The FuelSafe assemblies use quality, proven components from manufacturer like OPW, Morrison Bros, FE Petro, Fill-Rite, and Dresser Wayne

Large or small, we meet
your burial tank needs too

Our expertise in helping you meet your fuel storage needs extends to burial tanks and accessories as well. Though not offering installed components as we do on the FuelSafe systems, we can provide you with all the components necessary to provide a reliable, efficient fueling setup.

Be it a buried furnace oil tank or a private, commercial or retail project, Ace can supply all of your needs from the tank in the ground to the tip of the fueling nozzle. Normally, buried tanks under 1100 gallons in size used for private purposes do not fall under major regulation. It is imperative to check with your local regulatory authorities, however, to see if local requirements may change the buried tank specification. On tanks over 1100 gallons we can provide EPA-compliant tank accessories such as overfill prevention, Stage I vapor recovery for gasoline, electronic tank level monitoring (which can also accommodate sump, line or tank interstitial leak sensors), approved burial piping, turbine pumps and --once above grade-- fueling islands, dispensers (including Stage II vapor recovery, where applicable) and the other appurtenances needed to accomplish the task at hand.

The underground Permatank® has been built
in sizes from 1100 gallons to 50,000 gallons.
