Will-Call Orders
Our Seattle and Portland will-call offices are open Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm. We ask that tank orders be picked up by 4:00pm due to warehouse staffing.
It is advisable to call in advance when looking to pick up an item at one of our branches for a couple of reasons:
We can verify that the item you're looking for is in stock, saving you a wasted trip. At the same time we can check stock at our other warehouse to see if they have it and arrange to have it transferred or shipped to you directly.
We can have the order processed, pulled and ready. Your time is important. A call ahead minimizes the time spent at our willcall counter. Understand that calling ahead is not mandatory and that we're not trying to rush you. We're just trying to provide you better service.
Our normal tank inventory on premises consists of 220 and 275 gallon ovals (including, in our Portland branch, City of Portland approved stands), 300 and 550 gallon aboveground singlewall 'farm' tanks plus 300 and 550 gallon belowground singlewall 'General Purpose' tanks. We also endeavor to have diesel transfer tanks (for the back of pickups) and select rectangle tanks in stock as well.
At both warehouse locations sales representatives are readily available to assist. If you have any questions or need guidance on accessories to complete your order ("How do I....") we can certainly help.
